Materials Used: Patterned Papers - Sassafrass Lass Serendipity Robotics Line (In Orbit and Space Cadets), Cardstock Die Cut Sitckers - Sassafrass Lass Serendipity Robotics Line, Chipboard – AC Thickers, Alpha Stickers – MM, Ribbon – BG Obscure, Flowers – Prima, Chalk Ink – Colorbox, Others – Lace and buttons from Carolinas and White Cardstock from my scraps

What I did: I used on of the papers with very minimal colors and patterns as matting for my photo. I distressed the edges of the photo mat as well as the main 12 x 12 paper. I also inked the edges of the Thickers and the small alphabet stickers. I wrote the journaling on strips of white cardstock which I also inked. Then I just layered everything on the base paper.

What I did: I cut the patterns from the Picadilly Paper and used them as embellishements along with some stickers from the Robotics Line. I adhered some using foam dots to add dimension. I added a ribbon for some texture. I added a quote as journaling and handwrote it on a piece of journaling sticker from the Robotics line.

How to: Ink edges of card and set aside. Cut 4x5 ¼ from Poinsettia Stripe paper. Ink edges and adhere to card. Cut two strips of paper from Poinsettia Stripe and Music Note. Adhere to card. Punch a scallop circle from Music Note paper and outline edges with gold leafing pen. Adhere vintage sticker on scallop circle and adhere to card. Adhere tag to card.

Materials: 5x7 Blank Cards – Joann’s Craft Essentials, Patterned Paper – Making Memories Falala (Poinsettia Stripe), Cloth Tag – Making Memories Falala Well Worn Tags, Chipboard – Maya Road, Crackle Paint – Ranger, Shimmery Paint – Radiant Rain, Ink – Colorbox and Adirondack Distress Ink, Gold Leafing Pen - Krylon

How to: Ink edges of card and set aside. Cut 4 ¾ x 6 ¾ from Poinsettia Stripe paper. Mist with water, crumple and wipe with distress ink. Iron to dry and flatten. Distress edges with an edge scraper. Adhere to card. Apply crackle paint on chipboard. When dry, spray with Radiant Rain and trace edges with gold leafing pen. Adhere to the card. Adhere the tag to card.

Materials: Patterned Papers – Sassafras Lass Serendipity Robotics Line (Back to the Future and The Countdown), Cardstock Die Cut Stickers – Sassafras Lass Serendipity Robotics Line, Stamps – Autumn Leaves, Basic Grey and Scenic Route, Dimensional Adhesive – Judikins Diamond Glaze, Ink – VersaFine

What I did: I cut out the different patterns from the Back to the Future paper. I then layered the photos and the cut outs on the base patterned paper. I used foam adhesive on some of the cut outs to give the page some dimension. I stamped the words ‘Genuine’ and ‘Original’ on scraps of cardstock. I then stamped label patterns on top of the words making sure that they are centered. I proceeded to cut the stamped image. And adhered them on the page. I punched a scallop circle from the Back to the Future paper. I also punched a circle from a scrap of cardstock. Then I stamped the letter R on the circle punched paper and layered it on top of the scallop circle. I adhered them on the page. I added my journaling on a stamped journaling block. As a finishing touch, I dropped a dollop of diamond glaze on some of the space shuttle shapes. I also traced the letter R with Diamond glaze. Finally, I tore the corner of the base paper and adhered a piece of the Back to the Future paper beneath the torn corner.

The first is the Family Tree using the Cosmo Cricket Botanico Album. I literally made a 3-D tree using the front and back part of the album. I scanned the front twice, cut and pasted it on the 2 other sides. Then I cut a line in the middle from the bottom of one, and a line in the middle from the top of one. Then I inserted them in, like in a paper doll.
